At NPR Ducati, not only can you actually enter the service department, but you will speak to the tech that works on your bike, ask questions and be part of the process. Our service family has a wealth of experience – our techs average over ten years service – and specialize in providing the personal touch you and your bike deserve. Our Ducati Techs maintain current Ducati certifications and always attain new model training accordingly. We pride ourselves on our communication, timeliness, and efficiency. Your bike will never run better! Most services can be provided the day of appointment, including major services such as the 6000 or 7500 mile interval servicing. Minor items such as tires and batteries can be done while you wait, and we have an extensive Demonstrator fleet if you feel the need to spend your time wisely while your bike gets new shoes. Of course, life is unpredictable, and we can’t foresee all possible issues with your bike. But we can do our best to make it right, including providing excellent communication on the progress of your bike, reasonable service rates, skilled troubleshooting, and meeting expectations. We maintain the South’s largest stock of parts and accessories, and have all common service parts for Ducatis, so you won’t be stuck waiting on a part that should be on your bike. |
