I heard today that Bruce Rossmeyer was killed while riding to Sturgis. The relevance here is that he was a giant, so to speak, in the motorcycle industry and the sport itself. Not being too much into the Milwaukee side of things, as it were, I didn’t know too much about him until I met his daughter Shelly, who is the Ducati dealer in Daytona FL. The guy was a force. He did a lot of good things for the sport and was responsible for a lot of people getting into it, and was a racing sponsor which as you all know is near and dear to me. He was a noted charitable giver as well.
Condolences, Shelly, and RIP Bruce.

Here is a very clean 06 GSXR 750 for sale following a trade-in for the coveted Nicky Hayden 848. The Suzuki is in excellent condition, has a Yomasita pipe-maybe that’s not what it is but Vic says it’s a nice pipe, rearsets, lots of bling, runs perfect, not a scratch. If this is your thing you need to buy this bike, it really is that nice. Dyno charts for a 130bhp. Would make a great WERA racer or track bike, or a good sport bike for those watching their pennies. AK20 fork kits, elka shock. Make a nice stunt bike (Sorry Dave, couldn’t resist.) Priced above blue book because it really is this nice. Adult owned.
This is a good running 900SS CR with gio.ca.moto carbon slipons and a fresh valve check and timing belts. The bike still runs great and looks good as well. Thsi is a good entry into the Ducati world and makes a surprisingly good day-to-day bike, being pretty comfy and effective as a weekend bike.
